If You are a Visa Member, the following Visa Product Terms apply to You:
- You acknowledge that additional back-end technical integration with Visa may be required to perform the functions listed in DPS Card and Account Services API(s).
- You agree and acknowledge that, except as otherwise agreed in writing by Visa, DPS Card and Account Services may be used by You solely in connection with its Visa-branded portfolio to enable You to provide service to its Visa cardholders.
- Your right to access and use DPS Card and Account Services under the Agreement is further subject to Your compliance with its obligations under its Debit Processing Services Agreement with Visa, including the applicable payment obligations thereunder.
- As a condition precedent to accessing and/or using this Visa Product, You must enter into a written agreement with Visa (“Debit Processing Services Agreement”). Such Debit Processing Services Agreement shall include this Visa Product’s Fee Schedule. In addition, Your access and/or use of this Visa Product shall be subject to Your compliance with such Debit Processing Services Agreement.
In addition to the above terms, if You are not a Visa Member the following Visa Product Terms apply to You:
- To use and access this Visa Product, You must provide to evidence to Visa that (i) You are the Agent of a Visa Member for purposes of using this Visa Product, and (ii) such Visa Member has authorized You to (a) provide Visa with such Visa Member’s Cardholder data for use in connection with this Visa Product and (b) receive from Visa data related to Visa Card accounts as well as transaction data that is submitted for processing through the Visa payment system for such Visa Member’s Cardholders enrolled in applicable card on file or stored credential service offerings.
- Your access and use of this Visa Product is at the direction and on behalf of the Visa Member for which You are an Agent; and only to provide services to such Visa Member.
