A11y Validator (PAG-WEB-010)
Use an automated accessibility (A11y) checker
This is the most straightforward guideline and requirement in the Visa Global Accessibility Requirements. Running an automated accessibility checker tool against all pages will show any obvious failures. If any errors are presented by the tool then further testing should be deferred until the errors are fixed.
Requirements
A11y Validator Tool (PAG-WEB-010-01)
When run against the page, the HTML_CodeSniffer accessibility validation tool MUST NOT report any errors.
Test Procedures
HTML_CodeSniffer (PAG-WEB-010-01-T)
Run HTML_CodeSniffer against the page and confirm that it reports no errors. IF THERE ARE ANY ERRORS FOUND, RETURN THE PAGE AS NOT READY TO TEST.
