If You are a Visa Member or not a Visa Member, the following Visa Product Terms apply to You:

    1. Receiver Directed Payouts (“RDP”) is a value-added service that enables originators with an existing Visa Direct program to securely capture, verify, validate and store a receiver's (“Receiver”) payment credentials in a remain PCI-DSS compliant manner. Your participation in RDP does not provide access to Visa Direct or any other push payment platform, which requires and is subject to separate documentation. Your use of RDP is subject to the RDP Implementation Guide and any RDP-related materials Visa makes available from time to time (collectively, and as updated by Visa from time to time, the “RDP Documentation”).

    2. You are responsible for all consumer-facing aspects of your RDP program, including (i) providing appropriate information, disclosures, and terms and conditions regarding collection, use, storage, and transfer of Receiver’s personal information, including payment credentials and other data; (ii) obtaining all appropriate consents, permissions, regulatory approvals or authorizations, as required by applicable law, including authorization for data to be hosted in the United States]; (iii) addressing consumer inquiries about the service, including disputes or transaction errors; and (iv) providing the Receiver appropriate data access rights, including the right to delete and modify payment credentials and revoke consent, at any time. In addition to these responsibilities, you are also accountable and responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal and data privacy requirements associated with participation in the RDP program.

    3. Your relationship with the Receiver must adhere to all local legislation when it comes to know your customer and any due diligence with all the relevant and necessary contracts in place.
