Visa In-App Provisioning

Note: The Card Identifier (vCardID) is assigned by Visa to uniquely identify the enrollment of a PAN. Subsequent enrollment calls using the same PAN will return the same Card Identifier. Clients can optionally choose to enroll their customers as well in which case a Customer Identifier (vCustomerID) is returned back to the client. A card can be enrolled with or without a customer. The Card Identifier is unique for a PAN, Customer (optional) and Client.
