Turnkey Benefits Management Platform
Visa Digital Benefits Platform (VDBP) is a turnkey solution that simplifies Cardholder benefit redemptions by reducing the number of integrations required by Issuers to create and maintain benefits.
VDBP facilitates Cardholder communication through a white-labeled web portal and provides Benefits APIs that can be used by Issuers to integrate benefits into their existing frontend channels such as an internet banking or mobile app.
Additionally, VDBP can support Issuers who have already combined a series of Benefits into a Card value proposition, as well as Issuers who want to build something new. For Issuers building a new Card value proposition, VDBP can provide Benefits configuration functionality that can streamline the process.

Card Benefits that are available in various countries for different Card types such as Visa Classic, Gold, Platinum, Signature, and Infinite.
Dynamic Benefits
These Benefits can be enabled in real time when a consumer meets certain eligibility criteria’s setup for the-forementioned Card types.
Cardholder Choice Benefits
This is a unique proposition where Issuers can provide the consumer the choice of selecting their own Benefits based on the Card program.
APIs Included
Benefit File
This endpoint retrieves the files associated to a benefit. The response will include a pdf or text file that can be downloaded. The benefit details are returned in a structured JSON format for easy parsing and integration with other systems.
Card Account
Consists of Card Account Benefits and Card Account Benefit Details endpoints which returns a set of benefits for a qualified PAN as well as detailed information associated with a specific PAN.
Card Product
Consists of Card Product Benefits and Card Product Benefit Details endpoints which returns specific combination of card attributes based on qualifications and detailed information associated with a specified benefit.
Flex Choice
Consists of Flex Choice Register and Flex Choice Persist endpoints which can be leverage to register a card, making it eligible for selecting benefits as well as enabling the selection of benefits for a card.
