Visa B2B Virtual Account Payment Method Product Terms

The Documentation for this Visa Product includes the Visa Payables Automation Implementation Guide.

If You are a Visa Member, the following Visa Product Terms apply to You:

1. To use and access the Visa Payables Automation service (“VPA”) and the optional Visa services provided through VPA, including Visa Payment Controls (“VPC” and, together with VPA, the “VPA Services”) through the B2B Virtual Account Payment Method API, You must enter into a separate, effective issuer participation agreement between Visa and You (“VPA Issuer Participation Agreement”).
2. In addition to Your obligations in the Developer Platform Terms of Use, You agree to use and access the VPA Services via the B2B Virtual Account Payment Method API according to (i) the applicable Service Enrollment Form(s) and (ii) VPA Issuer Participation Agreement.
3. You  acknowledges that authorization controls edit rules powered by VPC can be applied only to card transactions that are processed through VisaNet.  In addition, authorization controls performance is dependent on the presence and quality of the direct or derived data in the transaction message.  Authorization controls will not work correctly if the contents of the necessary data fields are missing, inconsistent or inaccurate.
4. If Your Territory is outside the Visa Asia Pacific Region:

                a.) to the extent You desire to utilize the APIs to request pseudo accounts, You must participate in the Visa Token Service

                 b.) to the extent You utilize the APIs in connection with Visa Straight Through Processing, You must execute a Visa Straight Through Processing Issuer Participation Agreement.

If you are not a Visa Member, the following Visa Product Terms apply to You:

1. To use and access this Visa Product, You must provide to evidence to Visa that You are the Agent of a Visa Member for purposes of using this Visa Product.
2. Your access and use of this Visa Product is at the direction and on behalf of the Visa Member for which You are an Agent; and only to provide services to such Visa Member.
3. Your access and use of the VPA Services via the B2B Virtual Account Payment Method is subject to your Visa Member’s full compliance with the VPA Issuer Participation Agreement.
